Robert has 35 years of experience in the safety field and he is responsible for leading and managing Fullmer Concrete safety initiatives and safety loss control program. He assures that the safety program is designed to comply with OSHA and other construction standards. He also motivates and disciplines employees regarding safety issues and addresses complaints and resolves issues related to staff.

Loyd McGhee, Jr

President

Loyd has been with Fullmer Concrete Construction since 1977. After 28 years as the Director of Concrete, he became a principal of the corporation in 2005. As President, Loyd Brings more than three decades of industry knowledge and up-to-date management techniques to the company. This valuable combination has allowed him to finesse and oversee the financial, clerical, estimating and field construction functions of the business.

Carol Ramirez
Accounts Payable, HR Assistant

Carol Ramirez has over 10 years of experience in accounts payable. She is responsible for the direct oversight of all Accounts Payable. She currently assists with Human Resource day to day operations. Carol is bilingual and possesses superb communications skills and is dedicated to help each employee with their individual needs. She is competent and organized and a great addition to our team.

Roger Frost
Senior Estimator, Project Manager

Roger has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and has been with Fullmer Concrete Construction since 1995. He plays a vital role in the company by ensuring that all bids are processed in a thorough and timely manner. Roger communicates all vital information to field personnel to ensure that jobs are completed according to the estimates and any special requirements.
 

Dave Harris
Purchasing &, Logistics, Special Projects

Since 1980, Dave has provided Fullmer Concrete Construction with expertise in the quality, maintenance and repair of pre-existing concrete structures. His role with the company includes the supervision of quality control for final finish and saw cutting of all concrete floors. Dave’s experience has enabled him to assess the integrity of concrete for its safety and functionality.

Barbara Paluzzi
Accounting Manager

Barbara Paluzzi brings over 25 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources and accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs and practices within the company. She maintains accounts receivables, monthling billing, weekly payroll, quarterly tax returns and certified payroll. She also assists the accounting team with job cost reporting and monthly financials. She has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Executive Assistant


Jody is responsible for assisting the President and Executive Team. Her professional skills are vital to the functioning of the Executive Team, as she prepares proposals, issues sub-contracts, change orders and assisting with payroll. Jody is a self-directed individual who performs a vast of valuable skills within the office and delivers effective results. She is dedicated and a great asset to Fullmer Concrete.

Loyd McGhee

Daniel Bender

Dan began his career with Fullmer Concrete Construction as an equipment operator in 1978. He now hold certifications to maintain all equipment in compliance with California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations and all programs required by the Department of Transportation. Dan is also responsible for purchasing and maintaining all equipment as well as hiring and supervising the required personnel.

Antonio has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with extensive knowledge of concrete tilt up construction. He is able to take care of our jobs from start to finish, including all pre-construction concerns, development of construction daily tasks and keeping on time with construction schedules. He holds an excellent record of strong working relationships with our employees, project managers and subcontractors, which have resulted in successful experiences for Fullmer Concrete.
